Firefox Problem

The Navigation Bar and Back & Forward buttons are all missing.
I have tried going to View,Toolbar,Customise - Restore Default Set but nothing happened
Also there is no icons to drag them back into place. Has anyone had this problem or know how to correct it?
My laptop needs to be fixed so using My Home PC but this is really annoying - Please Help!
Oh yeah and I have tried turning my computer off and on again nothing - Lol

That fixed the problem.

All I have to do now is find out how I can log on to forums without having to delete the associated cookies. Again only with firefox, not chrome or IE.
