Dear Business Owner,

Hello. My name is George Lakiotis, CEO of Symmetric IT Group. I want to welcome you to our website and let you know we all appreciate you stopping by. I wanted to share a little history on how we got started. Symmetric Engineering Group, as we were called until 2020, started with the hopes of delivering better IT Support and Tailored IT services to small and medium size business in our area. It was in the early summer of 2008, when a few of us broke apart from a larger company that was having leadership problems and took the risk to go out on our own.

Since then, we’ve been serving the SMB Market in Tampa area. In late 2015 we expanded our reach to upstate NY where we could see a need for better IT Solutions. We also visit that area to see family, so it came hand and hand. Continuing on the journey, 2019 and 2020 were transformative in many ways! 2019 brought our addition of our Kansas City reach, we partnered with a colleague there and he joined us to bring a whole new client set with him. Finally, we packed up our old office down the road, moved a mile away, and changed our name to Symmetric IT Group. Now we’re here helping clients weather the storm that the world brings us today.

As a business owner, I feel a lot of similar pain points as you do. Just like you, I know how much of a hassle it can be dealing with IT Service troubles.
