Scammers often urge you to take immediate action, whether it’s something that is good or bad that must be addressed. There might even be an unreasonable amount of rush to perform a certain action, like resetting a password, paying a bill, or otherwise, sometimes with the threat of law enforcement or government agencies getting involved.
